This agreement is entered into between 613 Trailer Rentals (“Owner”) and the undersigned renter (“Renter”). By signing this agreement, the renter acknowledges responsibility for the trailer during the rental period and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Rental Period

The rental period begins at the agreed pickup time and ends at the scheduled return time. Late returns may be subject to additional charges.

2. Driver Requirements

The renter must present a valid driver’s license and a matching credit card. The renter confirms they are legally permitted to tow a trailer and operate a suitable towing vehicle.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required before rental. The deposit may be used to cover damage, cleaning fees, missing equipment, or late return charges.

4. Equipment Condition

The renter confirms that the trailer has been inspected before departure and is in acceptable operating condition.

5. Proper Use

The renter agrees not to exceed the trailer’s rated load capacity and will ensure all loads are properly secured before transport.

6. Prohibited Materials

The following materials are prohibited unless authorized in writing: hazardous waste, chemicals, flammable liquids, asbestos, toxic substances, or illegal materials.

7. Responsibility for Damage

The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, theft, loss, or misuse occurring during the rental
period.

8. Liability Waiver

The renter releases and holds harmless 613 Trailer Rentals from any liability for injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from the use or misuse of the trailer.

9. Towing Requirements

The renter confirms their vehicle has the appropriate hitch size, safety chains, and electrical connector required to safely tow the trailer.

10. Cleaning & Dump Fees

Trailers must be returned clean and free of debris unless otherwise agreed. Cleaning or disposal fees may apply if the trailer is returned in unsatisfactory condition.

11. Inspection on Return

The trailer will be inspected upon return, and any damages or missing items may be charged to the renter.
